The Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen has invited the Virginia Glass Guild to present a Membership Show in their Glass Door Gallery (VGG had this space in 2023). The space consists of 5 large floor-to-ceiling, enclosed 7’H x 5’W glass-front locked displays, each with multiple shelves. The location makes the cases are highly visible as they are located in the main corridor of the Center. Each case is well lit with inside overhead lighting.
This 2025 Virginia Glass Guild Members Show will be juried by the Exhibition Committee to ensure that every entrant has at least one Artwork included in the show, and to accommodate the space requirements. Artists and Collaborating Artists must be current, paid members to enter this Exhibition.

IMAGE SPECIFICATIONS
Submit up to 3 entries per member. Label the images (.jpg or .png only please): Artist-Title
Image specs: 300 dpi and 1200 x 1800 pixels minimum (may be larger)
Include piece dimensions, medium, prices, and any additional information in your email submission.

GENERAL INFORMATION
- Members agree to waive liability and indemnify the Virginia Glass Guild, its Officers and Board Members.
- Members are responsible for insuring their own artwork(s) if so desired.
- There is a $10 entry fee per member. Online payments are accepted at virginiaglassguild.org
- A 40% commission on artwork sales will be collected (30% to CACGA and 10% to VGG).
- Artwork must remain on display for the entire duration of the Exhibition.
- Delivery and pick up artwork at the dates and times specified below.
